I want my cartell-coins back...Is there a way?

 

I`ve paid very many cartell-coins on extra server-Slots for all Servers(three extra-Slots). But since the new update they`re missing and I`ve got the same quantity like me. But they didn`t pay for extra coins...I want my coins back! Is there aany way??

There are still a few issues with Character Slots, BW is aware and working on it, so you should have 24 + 3 now.
