What happens when the bug occurs? On the title screen, I press A to continue. It loads and the lobby briefly appears. I am able to see my gamertag but not a character. Also, my crafting materials and apex coins are blacked out. I am able to see all of this for approximately 1 second. Then the game kicks me out back to the title screen without a message or anything. I am not able to join games from a party invite either. The most concerning part is that I can sign into a different account on my Xbox and am able to play. It just does this with my account.
What should be happening instead? The game should load me into a waiting lobby

I chatted with EA...did everything under the sun...nothing works on xbox...game runs fine on my ps4

I also chatted with EA. It seems they don't really understand the extent of the issue because after explaining multiple times it has to do with the account/the actual game, they still insisted I try all of the "troubleshooting" steps that only had to do with turning my xbox off, clearing alternate MAC address etc....

Did u find anyway to fix it because I have the same problem and it is so annoying my secondary account works

Yeah, same damn problem. I can play on an alt account but not my own so I know it's not my laptop or my Internet connection. Maybe they'll take it seriously now that the Reddit mods have forwarded the problem to them. Seems like right now they're just telling everyone it's on our end when it's clearly not.

I have had this problem since apex was added to steam and haven't been able to play my main account since then. Can you guys fix this already yo.

im sick of the lack of care this game and its players are getting with this new saeson. i have not been able to play apex legends at all.
