Voicechat Not Working

Idk how this works but i’m sick of not being able to use voice chat in apex legends on xbox one. It constantly shows that im in a party on Xbox (Mic always on in game. Idk how to explain it but xbox players know what i mean) and im not. I’ve tried every “Fix” I could find on the topic except un-installing. Which im trying to avoid because i get 20 mbps download speed. Has anyone else had this problem? Its very annoying especially in ranked.

My friend is in the Xbox insider program and he has latest xbox update and he has the same problem. It seems like he's always in party chat and i can't hear him.
We can only communicate if we create a party chat.
I'm not in the program and my mic is working, i don't see myself in party.
I guess something's wrong with the latest xbox insider update.
Are you in the program too?
