Visual artifacts/ghosting [PC]

Noticing ghost frames when I turn or move at a high rate on PC.  Have played with settings to try to fix it, but can't figure out what's causing it.

Hey @BinksMagnus  Can you upload a dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you are using.
