Veterans pack not in my store! Help

I’ve been building up to JTR. I’ve worked very hard to get my vets to 44/100 currently. I need the pack. I’ve never bought the pack before but it isn’t in my store. I’ve rebooted, I’ve opened on another device, I’ve done everything, but the pack isn’t there. If I don’t get JTR a huge amount of effort will be down the pan.

os anyone able to help? EA support have been totally useless. I even had to explain what a vet and a pack were.

I’ve never had to try so hard to give someone my hard earned cash before. Help!

Do we not get responses to these?

I have been told by customer services that I bought the pack in December. I 100% did not intend to or know that I’d bought the pack. I worked my way up to 50/100 with both vets expecting to buy the pack to get JTR and I was told this. Can someone help?
