Very low video and audio quality on laptop

I played on PS4 before, now trying to play on my old laptop for various reasons and I can't find settings that allow me to play the game decently.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX850M with 2GB DDR3

8GB RAM

It's old hardware, I'm aware, but I played some recent games and while not perfect they were totally playable (Sekiro, RE2 Remake).

Are there any settings that let me enjoy the game? I tried many video settings but I either get so carappy quality that enemies blend in the environment, or very low FPS.

I tried low res high texture qualiry, high res low texture quality, capped framerate, uncapped framerate, low and high ambient occlusion.

I updated the GPU drivers.

Also the sound is very off. My own character footsteps are silent and in general volumes sounds badly mixed and a little laggy.

@Requiel20 Duo an old GPU you need to run the game in low settings and you will have very low video quality.

Do you have sound issues in any other game/software?
