So i was going to lunch my SWTOR, and it went for verifying and stayed there and never moved. I deleted bitraider, didnt worked, i reinstalled the whole thing, still stuck at 0%. What am i supposed to do?

Did it, nothing worked.
If you have started a re-install anyways , change patch methods per this guide link

In the game folder is a log folder can you attach the latest launcher log , also what antivirus are you using ?
Avast, And for some reason now it show's me -100% install and it's not moving either. Seriously i don't what's wrong with it haha.
If you have changed patching to non streaming as previously linked then try a clean boot per this link
Note if using streaming patcher the bitraider stub loader service needs to be left enabled in windows services
ensure the launcher is running as administrator and an exception is in the antivirus and firewall for launcher.exe
