Validation Email Error

Hi,

I play the free-to-play version of SWTOR, and have reached lvl 20 now. Now I can not log in to the game before I have validated my email, but when I type in my email, I never receive the email where I can validate my account/email. I have answered all my security questions + added the key + added the email to the safe list. Still nothing.
