Hi there,
VOIP ingame on BFV is coming through my speakers and not my headset. I have all playback and recording devices set as default for my headset (Logitech G633). 3D Headphones set in audio options in BFV.
Can someone please guide me to fixing this?
Regards

Try opening the old Sound Control panel by running mmsys.cpl
Check what your default communications device is and change it if needed, this maybe the device BFV is using for VOIP.

Hey @Holzd,
Sorry to hear about this.
Have you tried checking your Audio settings in Origin?
Click on Origin ---> Application Settings ---> More ---> Voice, and make sure that everything is set for the correct device.
Let us know if this works for you.
Thanks

I'm having the same problem, and yes, I did confirm with Origin that my settings are correct. I did find a workaround, but this is NOT a satisfactory fix: If you use just one speaker source, disable all of your sound devices except for the device you intend to hear the game including the VOIP from.
It looks like BFV does not select the player's default sound device for VOIP. Please fix this DICE!

Still the right answer by 2022 and Windows 11. Thanks!
