User interface shrunk on iPad Air 4th gen. [ Edited ]

After playing on my iPad Air 2 since launch everything's been fine.

But I just bought a new iPad Air 4th gen. and the entire user interface and those buttons have shrunk down a lot. When events like jobs or hobbies are done, the U.I. that pops up is not even really centered.

All my other games are working fine and I re-installed The Sims Mobile, but nothing works to resize the U.I. back to normal.

I have the latest update from app store and the latest iOS.

Also, back on my old iPad, everything is as it always has been.

What is going on?
