User.cfg not working

Hi,

my user.cfg is not working for this game. I remember, it helped  me a lot in BF4  and BFH, but here its not working. How i know it? Even GameTime.MaxVariableFps isnt working. I tried add commands in origin game properties uner "Advanced Launch Option" but its also not working (this way worked for BF1). Any tips how to make user.cfg work for this game, it would help my performance a lot. Thank you for your answer.
