User Already has a Team

I've never logged into MUT but every time I try to log now I get the "User Already Has A Team" message and I can't enter MUT.

I'm on PC

Each time I select MuT it just shows me the intro video. After the madden ultimate team video it shows said message.

Then it kicks me back to the main menu.  I have played the other madden games on Xbox but this is the only copy of Madden 19 I have..

Tried repairing - redownloading but no luck.

Would really enjoy to get MUT working, Origin premiere is a deal but now I worry since my account is linked my xbox will be screwed aswell if i rebuy the game on console.

Hey @RIP_Jynxt did you try to log into mut for the first time during the server maintenance?

I think I did that when I finished the Longshot and now there is this stupid bug which makes the game think that we never entered mut even if we did (even if when i did that i couldn't even see my team because servers were down) and so we are stuck

I've contacted the support directly, tried to delete origin cache, nothing.

Now I'm waiting for a response from an EA specialist, but I think the only possible way to solve this is that they delete our teams from their server and let us create a new one...

No one is helping, I want to play MUT as I bought the game, what should I do?

yeah this sucks 4 days and nothing. The only mode i play is MUT and i cant play it.

I'm having the same problem. I bought EA Access just so I could get the early trial and get a jump on MUT. So frustrating.
