Update

Tried updating Apex but it stopped at 69MB and wouldnt continue, so i paused it seeing if I could just Pause and Resume it. Once I clicked Resume its been stuck at the Resume page for 4 hours now and wont give me the option to pause or just completely stop it.

This can be solved by clearing your origin cache.
