Update stuck on Character select screen. Loading spinner stays at 0.00%

Update stuck on 0.00% on Character select screen

Game worked okay after I made a ticket and support team helped but problem came back. Tried deleting my Bitraider folder and cache file to repair the launcher but did not work.
