Update Email Address Request Error

I went from level 20, now they are asking for my email
Alright I put and received the email with the link, but every time I enter the link to validate and he writes:

What country are you in?

You can also use a VoIP program like Skype or WhatsApp and call using one of the above numbers such as the UK number.  It should allow you to call for free or at a discounted rate. I would try WhatsApp first and see if you can call.

If you are in Brazil you can call using the following:

As for talking to them do you have a friend or family member that can assist with cskkica?
