Does it still happen after power cycling your console? We've seen some reports like this on PC but once the client was restarted it was fixed. Let us know what happens.
Try restoring the license first. If that doesn't pull through it might be worth reinstalling the game. There may have been some error during the download.
Select (Settings) > [Account Management] > [Restore Licenses].
