Apex Legends suddenly stopped working for me after several weeks.
This glitch began during the "Jump" phase of one game yesterday. It persisted across: 1. Restoring all settings to default, 2. PC reboot, 3. Repair install, 4. Uninstall + Reinstall. DxDiags attached. Nothing like this is happening in other games such as Witcher III, making me think this is Apex Legends-specific.
I have an i7-950, 12GB RAM, SSD drive, and an HD 5800s GPU with Win 7 Pro 64-bit. I get 60fps at 1080/60Hz at Low. A dinosaur, maybe, but it worked well at Apex Legends for weeks and continues to work for other games. No new updates (gpu driver, game, os, etc.) were installed around the time I faced the problem. Any ideas?

@RonBeyondTheSea
Hello,
Sorry that this happened to you.
Try this out:
Uninstall Origin and Apex Legends.
Press win + R > Type "%temp%" without " > Delete all the files.
Press win + R > Type "msconfig" > Services > Checked "Hide all microsoft services" > Disable all.
Restart your computer and reinstall everything once again.
Also do a manual check to see if your driver needs update.
Hope it helps!

Thanks, Fluffmania. I ordered an RX590 and will first give that a try. I think my GPU was due for an update anyway so I can play 60 FPS at HIGH instead of LOW.
