Unplayable sluggish gameplay

Hi, my gameplay is unplayable for 100% of the time. Please help me.

AI defending is not working at all, players dont respond, switching not working too, I cant even jockey, I feel like I must control all my defensive line manually while my opponent AI defending works fine, its nearly impossible to intercept the ball, its really hard to pass, my opponents can easily just run straight through my defence and I cant avoid that, its really unfair and frustrating.

I tried out all of troubleshoting points, my connection has 99% score, ethernet with 0.01% packet loss and ping 25-30ms. 

I have gaming monitor and router with QoS. Every other game works excellent for me.

@jadrass They should just admit that the game is buggy, atleast people know what they’re dealing with. In a few days u’ll see they’ll release a game update and say “performance improvements”
