Unplayable lag/stutter on Xbox one [ Edited ]

Hi there,

I have an Xbox one and the game is completely unplayable. My xbox is hardwired and every other game runs smooth on it besides Apex. Tested my connection and there is no issue.  I am on the correct server for my area. Ping is usually around 40ms when I check and so are my friends except they have pc’s and they don’t experience any issues.
I have been playing the game since it came out but the most recent updates have been awful. Every single time I slide, come across a team, or get into a fight the game lags/stutters then I die. I was on Reddit and many other people on older gen consoles seem to have the same issues. What is going on? Anything I can do besides upgrade?

Welcome to console nightmare, been like this since season 8 and it just get worse, and now pc players are finding out the hard way

that there gaming experience is affected, my best guess it to delete the game and move on to another it will not get fixed 

any time soon..

@Alowe634 you need a SSD if you're on the OG Xbox
