Unplayable FPS DROP

Started a week ago , FPS keep dropping every few second literally from 70+fps to 5fps. I have a 1050ti and all the settings in game are set to the lowest , texture streaming budget is very low , resolution 1280x720 , fov 70 only. LITERALLY UNPLAYABLE
