Unplayable Apex Lag, Rubberbanding and Teleporting.

I just came back to Apex since being away from pre-season 1. Now, as soon as i join a game, even in the ship. its constant rubber-banding. and it doesn't stop. Every Player model is teleporting around. Opening Crates doesn't make any sound. Gun shots are delayed. Like what is happening to this game? I actually can't play the game. The lag and rubberbanding is non-stop. And it doesn't happen in any other game. Ive tried every lag reduction tip, forwarded ports, run low settings nothing is helping. Has this been happening to anyone else?
