Unlinked Steam from EA, but can't add a new link. It says it's already linked.

Cannot find the way getting in touch with the live support team. My problem is i have already unlinked the old steam account, when i want to link a new steam, it told me i was still link the old one and i cannot find the way to unlink it because the connection shows i have unliked it. That was a big problem, hope someone can help me!!!
