Me and my friend were using a jump tower to get to a care package, when we arrived, a Loba and Horizon already beat us to it. We got killed and watched the team go through bunker and died on the other side to another squad. While spectating the team that got us, and even when spectating the team that killed them, we saw this weird care package icon, what is this?

Note: The player in the picture is someone on the 3rd duo team who went down. I don't know if that icon is a cheat or not, but I do know that care packages do not show themselves like that.
