United Forces Pack Not Received

I purchased the united forces pack deal that comes with subscription and a bunch of other stuff, my bank account was charged but i did not receive the pack. not sure what happened pls help.

Check the transaction status on your account at www.swtor.com does the transaction show as closed ?

Yes I checked and it says open

Ok if it still says open the payment hasn't finalized on the system yet , depending on payment method it may take a few days given it hasn't finalized immediately.

The system needs to close the transaction.

well in mine says closed, but only took the money out of my account minutes ago

i might have a problem to contact them. If i change the mail account to my gmai mail or change in the rumbleteam65 to outlook.pt will it solve the problem?????
