Unidentified Game

A few days ago, I bought Star Wars: Battlefront 2 so I can play with my friend. But when I finished purchasing it, it would ask me to activate "unidentified game". I didn't recieve any code from my email and I dont have the physical CD because i bought the game on Origin. My friend told me that when he bought it, it didn't ask to activate it. Please help me, i really want to play this game.

Hey @jlcllana 

When you purchase a game on Origin, it will be automatically added to your EA account and you can access it from your Game Library.

If the game hasn't appeared there, my first suggestion would be to clear your Origin cache.
