Unfair Abandon penalty

Like many other players, I got kicked out of a match with a series of erros, and then I got a penaly of -48 points and 10 minutes to wait.

Please fix this!!!

I filled a survey from EA Support yesterday; there's NO WAY to directly contact EA to have answers.
