Unexpected crashes duering the game - origin

During my gameplay i am experiencing crashes out of nowhere...the game just freeze and doesnt respond..i dont know what happens with the "leaver penalty" in this situation. but my main concern is during ranked mode...i  even crashed during the final battle and after that my squad just lost the champion...any explanation? solution about it? thanks in advance.
