Underground score is drop to 0

I submitted a ticket to firemonkey about this issue. One week's underground score is drop to 0. It is ridiculous that Firemonkey admitted it is a bug. But they are keeping telling me EA dev are Working on this issue. Now it has been near one month. They still cannot fix it.
