Unban the accound you brother messed up

Can I get my account unbanned cause my brother made some bad cars on need for speed and all and I have my own ps4 now and cant use ea on need for speed for online with my friends and I was seeing if yall can unban it .thank you

I did all the steps and I'm haveing trouble  loging  in it tells me to go to ea.help.com and I went to it and I followed the steps and it still wont let me. But thank you for responding.
