Unable to start a subscription to SWTOR

Hello, 

I have been recently attempting to add a subscription to my account, but with any payment method i try (these being visa debit, mastercard and paypal) it either responds with this credit card cant be used (if a credit card attempt) or there has been an error please try again later (if using paypal) help please!

It appears the linked EA account to that swtor account is banned 

That EA account uses the Persona mrepictrollerz need to discuss this with help.ea.com for banned EA / Origin account say via https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?product=origin&platform=pc&category=manage-my-account&issue=banne...

however if that EA account remains banned your only recourse is try to create a new swtor account as purchasing on that swtor account will never work again.
