Unable to sim Heroic Rancor raid

Hi, my guild has had 36 members with 7 star Han Solo for a while now, 80+ successful Heroic Rancor raids, yet the raid settings screen shows us as 31/35 players with 7 star Han, and will not let us sim. Furthermore, all our members have logged in at least once daily and have completed all updates. (A few might be playing from an emulator on desktop instead of a phone but they login with the phone at least daily.)

Hello EA, we are still having this problem.  This has been going on for months.  When people leave the guild, the count goes down.  When people gain 7 star Han (as displayed in the guild chat) the count does NOT go up.  This is extremely frustrating.  When will you help us be able to sim the raid?
