I am not tracking any current issue , just checked on my end and both website and launcher login is working ok

restarted the modem etc ?

I re installed it and it takes ages for Initializing but then it says This application has encounterd an unspecified error. Please try this patch again.

unspecified error is usually related to a communication issue, what your cause is, is unknown at this point, most cases rebooting the PC sorts it.

If you find it just doesnt go away you can swap patch methods per this link but it is a new game download

It doesnt say there is an error just the Play button is dull and cant be clicked.

The play button does not light up until patching is complete

there is a launcher log that would indicate what is occurring, however you may be best just waiting 24 hours too

Now it says english video 1 is downloading is that good?

Yes as a said switching involves a new game download , english video 1 is the start
