Unable to retrieve kick off names data [ Edited ]

Which mode has this happened in? Kick off
Which part of the mode? Classic Match
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? in kick off mode even before choosing the mode of kick off
What happens when the bug occurs? the game doesn't proceed to choose the mode " classic or house roles or ... " and the controllers get back to the middle
What should be happening instead? the game should proceed to choose the game mode then the teams

When I try to play a kick off game in fifa 19 with 2 controllers or more .
either against my friend or with him against the AI .
I get the following error message ”unable to retrieve your kick off names data please try again” .

the game doesn't proceed to choose the mode " classic or house roles or ... " .
and the controllers get back to the middle .

PLEASE 
anyone have the same problem or know any solution ?!!!

@MGTh93 O my please jesus help us with this, I've tried everything.... I'd actually tip money to someone on top of the astronomical fee I paid for the new 2020 fifa which I haven't played yet due to this bug! I just want my friends stats to be saved! How simple could this be... Is pes game any good? Does anyone know?
