i dont know what happened or what changed but i can now buy any subscription but the 1 month. any idea on how to get the one month? its the only option now that goes to maintinence

If the issue has been resolved then then try clearing cache and cookies on that web browser or try a different web browser like edge or chrome for example

I've also been trying to re-sub for months. I receive error messages whenever i try to. I've looked through FAQ, community posts, tried to contact both supports but some are inaccessible, don't exist or don't respond. i lost a 90 day sub but i could care less if theres a fix out there

Have you tried a different web browser to login on the website and/or a different internet connection, CS cannot see any login attempts at all for the linked swtor account

just to confirm the right swtor account is being looked at what is the swtor username

The linked EA/origin account is disabled for Viidra so you need to sort that with EA via https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?product=origin&platform=pc&category=manage-my-account&issue=banne...

Try a totally different web browser or clear all cookies and browser cache and try again for Corraze , otherwise it may have hit a fraud block in which case you will need to email support@swtor.com for that account

just to be sure your only option for Viidra is to submit the request via https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?product=origin&platform=pc&category=manage-my-account&issue=banne... so you can get the disabled EA/Origin account fixed
