I am in level 10 of my relationship and i cant propose.

Could you tell us a bit more about your Sims? Was any of them engaged with another Sim before? Is the relationship romantic?

Have you married other couples before? Is there any other Sim in the house with the marriage quest?

Yes i have married in my 3 previous generations. Im in the middle of 2 romantic stories since there are no married sims at the moment. Its stuck at end of story, level 5, but no option to marry. They could have a baby but not marry.
