Unable to play first match of RocketBot Knockout [ Edited ]

After I completed the tutorial, I attempted to play the necessary first match of RocketBot Knockout. However, I was unable to and instead received a message reading: "Matchmaking failed. Please check your internet connection and try again. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information." My NAT Type is open and I'm able to play other multiplayer games with little issue. Why is this happening? I'm on Xbox by the way.

Me too!? I even reinstalled the game and I just bought the game on sale and it won’t work!!

@Swaygaming23 It's a real shame, I thought this game looked cool and wanted to try it. Hopefully they fix it soon so we can finally try the game.

Hey @MysticSunflower Im so sorry you are running into this issue I am going to try and help resolve. I have a couple of questions.

- Are multiple accounts used on your xbox?
- Is your account used on multiple machines

1. Yes, multiple accounts are used on my Xbox.
2. No, I only use my one Xbox.

@DaWolfmayyne Yes, it has been resolved! Though, unfortunately I'm still suffering from an issue with the sound on my Xbox becoming muted after starting up the game.
