After I completed the tutorial, I attempted to play the necessary first match of RocketBot Knockout. However, I was unable to and instead received a message reading: "Matchmaking failed. Please check your internet connection and try again. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information." My NAT Type is open and I'm able to play other multiplayer games with little issue. Why is this happening? I'm on Xbox by the way.

Hey @MysticSunflower Im so sorry you are running into this issue I am going to try and help resolve. I have a couple of questions.
- Are multiple accounts used on your xbox?
- Is your account used on multiple machines
