highly unlikely as fibertel doesn't allow portforwarding, or at least the wont allow access to the router's settings, but it seems to be them that are at fault here

i did the port fowarding. i entered the router, i did everything in my power xD. didnt work. fibertel has some sort of blocking *.
in the other hand, the problem at least for me, have benn resolved.

I'm unable to connect to Apex and haven't been able to since the start of September. I am unsure why but the "Data Center: Downloading... 504" has always been there. I don't know if anyone else has had the same issue but help would be appreciated.

Moved your post over here. What ISP do you use?
Do you still get this error on Xbox after these steps? (for port forwarding you have to add the port listings in your router admin panel. We recommend trying the basic steps first before doing that)
