Hello,
I recently purchased some dlc on the xbox one which gave me 62 gifts in the sticker shop. Yet when i try to open the gifts a message appears on the screen stating "Stocking the Sticker Shop..." and does not go way. I get disconected because i am idle but i can not exit the screen once that messge appears.
I have contacted support and ran through all the troubleshooting steps. So it looks like a bug and not an issue on my end.
Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.

I have 61 gifts in the sticker shop, but it leaves me stuck on the stocking loading screen. I've tried uninstalling DLC, restarting my Xbox, and trying another Xbox to no avail. It's an Xbox one X if that helps?

Update: I was able to contact Microsoft and was given a refund in regards to the dlc that i purchased. I still receive a message that i have 62 gifts in the sticker store. Which if i try to open will send me in an infinite loop till i disconect due to being idle. Is there a way to reset my gifts to 0 since i no longer own the dlc?
Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.

@J0EY_J Thank you for the post. From what I can see this is escalated for closer investigation, but unfortunately I don't have any info past that.

Hello everyone. I am a new player to pve gw2, and decided to buy all the DLC for it. I go to sticker shop to claim gifts and it infinity says “stocking sticker shop”. I contacted EA support and they sent me a email with the following instructions which I did, but it still doesn’t work. I would like to get the over 100$ in dlc I bought or else I’m going to have to refund everything to Xbox. Please let me know if you have a fix for this. Thank you.

When you go to My Games & Apps>Highlight PvZGW2>Press Start>Manage Game>Do you see the additional content downloaded?

Did the transaction fully clear for your Xbox account? Microsoft was experiencing some content purchases issues yesterday

It's possible the transaction never went through which is why they're not able to be claimed.
