Unable to make any purchase related to the game.

I have been unable to make any kind of purchase related to SWTOR.

Attempting to purchase Cartel Coins or Subscription produces the error in the attached picture.

Attempting to redeem a code results in a "Cannot contact EA or Origin billing" error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The issue will likley be with the linked origin account rather then the swtor account

try this link or create a new EA Help case in regards to origin (not swtor) ask them to check the EA/Origin account linked to the swtor account for a billing issue
