Same here. I just posted on another thread. On iOS12.4 with an iPhone6. Just keeps looping. Hope I don't lose my GAC over this.

I tried everything I could think of from a hard reset of my phone, to logging in and out of GameCenter. Nothing works. I tried another game that I play on GameCenter and that worked fine, so it doesn't seem to be a GameCenter problem.

I can get into the game but I keep getting a ErrorCode 3.0 when I try to do anything in the game

Yes, it does seem to be a bit unstable for me, too. I can do a few things, then get the same ErrorCode3.0 you're seeing. I suspect that they're still working on the issue. Hopefully, it'll stabilize soon.
