Unable to login to SWTOR account due to security key

Hi,
I have an account under the display name of chaozair, email: [edit: email address removed]

My security key is not working out for me. 
Thus, I am unable to login to the account for the game. 

Please advise.

login failed would be more like the password is wrong for example, but could be an account issue too

Give CS a phone call , once they confirm you are the owner of the account, it takes them a second to remove the security key

Have you tried to remove the security key ? more info at this link

I have the same issue but even following the guide it won't let me remove my security key, it says log in failed constantly.

Any ideas ?

Only thing I can think of is that my account is frozen or locked due to inactivity but I'm still getting billed every month
