Unable to log on to UT

Hi I have tried resetting the router, using wifi / Lan cable. still won't connect to FUT. Also not able to log on to the FUT app on PC as it says I am logged on to another device. 

Please help solving asap.

Thanks for those details, let's try the following:

• Try a full power-cycle on your console and router/modem
• Please run through the connection guide here as well as the guide from PlayStation
• Change your DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use) 
• Restore the Licenses on your console
• Check that you have an open NAT type on your console

If these steps don't help, please run the Connection Quality Report and attach the results to your post so we can investigate further.

What's the exact error you're seeing, and what platform are you playing on?

I am on the PS4 platform.

It says "Connecting to ultimate team is not possible at this moment" then brings me to a page with a box saying "Unable to connect to FUT"
