Unable to locate agency

I unlocked agency and one of my sims had a business career but after he got retired I can't find agency anymore. I go to downtown and see only the night club and the law office. I can't complete ASOS marketing campaign pitch....I have no agency, I wonder if there is anything I can do to fix it?

Best thing would be to contact an EA game advisor about this issue.

You can do so through The Sims Mobile app. Open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the button with 'Help'.
This will open your browser, scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' and choose 'Technical Support'.

I have the same issue with the Medical Centre. It must be a bug that happens with the buildings, i know a few people have had similar issues

Do you know if there is any solution to that?

I haven't been able to find one. I don't have an option to make another Sim in that Career or even re-buy it. Its opened but when i look in i can't see anything, it's just a blank room.
I believe mine was an issue with a save, not retirement though

Did the building lock again? That could be this bug:

There is no option to unlock it....agency is not there that’s it. I can’t even complete ASOS marketing campaign. I’m pretty much stuck
