Unable to load the game

I’m unable play or load swgoh with out connecting to a wifi network. Using mobile data from my Australian phone network is not allowing me to play or load.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues loading up the game. Mobile data connection can be spotty, and we do generally recommend using Wi-Fi. However, if you are having difficulty with your mobile data connection, you can test how fast or stable your connection is by running a speed test while you are on the connection.
