Unable to get past the Main Menu (PS4)

Starting last night around 11:30pm Est. I had just won a ranked game. When the match summery appeared it was void of information. The game then cycled through several glitched screens and eventually kicked me to the main menu. 

Pressing X to access the lobby only causes the game the freeze then crash to the main menu. 

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game three times. Once without HD texture pack, once with it, and once with deleting saved data before uninstalling and reinstalling. 

None of this helped.
