Unable to find a match (xbox one)

The matchmaking box shuffles between saying people are in the queue and noting at all. I have tried...

-Verifying the privacy settings on my EA account

-Restarting my router and xbox multiple times

Any help would be grand

Update. I have also tried other servers within the same general area as well as London just for kicks and giggles according to some YouTube fix that most definitely did not work.
