Unable to enter a warzone

Hi I have tried for 2 weeks to enter a warzone that isn't an arena warzone.  I can't get into a warzone that isn't an arena.  Kasktas is a level 59 sentinel.  Since the update 2-3 weeks ago I can't get any queues other than arenas.  Please help I'm thinking the account lancermeridian is bugged.

@Warlord11030 That might be related to your character's level, as it's between the caps (50, 60, 65, 70). If you level up to 60 can you see if you get any non-arena matches then?
