I try to log into online modes but it says that my account can't get online

I have been having this problem for about 2 months. Sometimes i can play but sometimes get disconected or it keep frozen in the UT menu for minutes. Now I can't even connect. It's amazing I can't play a game I have pay for.

Hello @EA_Atic , I have been experiencing the same problems and the connective guide doesn't help out. Only when I am playing FIFA20 (doesn't happen with any other game) it logs out stating there is a problem either with Playstation Network or the EA Server, and I am playing on cabled connection... 

Hope you can assist me so I can stop loosing coins, rank, etc. each time it disconnects.

playing futchamps this week and got kick out from matches 4 times (out of 15matches) due to disconnection to fut servers and those counted as losses. this problem has been there for long but it is getting worse.

Whatever so call fixes recommended here don't really works because it only fix the user side when the actual causes root within EA servers.
