Unable to connect to ea servers fifa 20

It has been happening all morning/afternoon I have tried for hours to play and it keeps popping up please fix this

Hey @Mariotapiag Can you take a look at our connective guide and see if that helps out.

We do recommend playing on cabled connection over WIFI for better stability.

@EA_Atic I have this problem on my account but when I play on different, I don't have any problems. Is this a internet connection issue? I don't think so.

It still happens I’m so annoyed I haven’t been able to play all day or even log into my ultimate team

Hey @xxdemolizexx  @EA_Atic  I also have this issue on my xbox, I can connect to ultimate teams on my friends account on the same XBOX and the same internet but when I log into my account it will not connect. I think it may have something to do with some privacy settings or some issue I have with my EA Account but I can't figure it out. I've contacted EA Help like 3 times and they tell me to fix my connection and open a port which i've done and it still isn't fixed.
