Hi, @Thedazzable
Are you still having trouble connecting? Let us know which platform you play on, the error you're receiving, and any troubleshooting steps you've already attempted.

Same problem here on PC. Error says "Unable to connect to EA Servers. Please check your Internet connection, make sure Origin is online and try again. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information" The very bottom of the screen says "Data Center: Downloading... 0" like it is not giving me the data center list when trying to login on the title screen. It randomly started working a week or so ago after having this error but now it is back to the same thing. It happened all last night and is still giving the error this morning. I've done the following to try to resolve the problem:
restarted PC
restarted router
restarted modem
changed DNS
flushed DNS
deleted cached files for Origin
repair Apex
uninstall/reinstall Apex
ran UOtrace (no issues showing)
uninstall (the hard way) Origin, and reinstall Origin
rolled back Windows updates that were installed before issue started
disabled firewall
forwarded ports in router
ran as administrator
probably a few things I can't remember
Nothing works. Anything to help would be appreciated.

Are you able to connect under a different Windows User profile?
Does your router have a firmware update that needs to be installed? (Log into the router's admin panel via the instructions on the router itself)
Try a clean boot and then immediately launch Origin as administrator by right-clicking on the desktop shortcut.

Thank you for the suggestions, I was able to isolate the problematic app and was able to play today!
I use the program Yolomouse for some ARPGs and that was causing my issues somehow. Disabled it from startup and it is working for now. Will keep my fingers crossed that this fixes it permanently, as it was never an issue before.
